We accept M-PESA, Visa, and Mastercard. M-PESA is the fastest option — you'll receive an STK push on your phone to complete the payment instantly.

Orders within Nairobi are typically delivered the same day or next day. Areas outside Nairobi may take 2–3 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a WhatsApp update once your order is dispatched.

Delivery fees depend on your location. You can see the exact fee for your area during checkout when you select your delivery zone. Pickup from our shop on Moi Avenue is free.

Yes! After placing your order, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp. You can also track your order anytime by entering your order number on our tracking page.

We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. However, we do offer exchanges — if an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours via WhatsApp or email with photos. The item must be unworn and in its original condition. We'll arrange a replacement or store credit if the item is out of stock.

Yes! Our shop is located on Moi Avenue, above Nairobi Aviation, 5th floor, Shop 8. We're open Monday to Saturday. Feel free to walk in and browse our collection in person.

Store pieces separately to avoid scratching. Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, and water. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing. For gold-plated items, remove before showering or swimming to maintain the finish.
